Family hiking to Hickman Bridge in Capitol Reef National Park, Utah. The trail is easy to moderate. The trail goes up at the beginning then it is fairly leveled. It is is also a bit rocky. There is no shade until you get close to Hickman Bridge.
Hickman Bridge is a 133-foot natural bridge. We saw a chipmunk during our picnic there. Beautiful view on the Capitol Dome on the way down.
Parking is busy and limited with a good turnover in fall.
